One of Rock The House’s points of pride is our ability to work together as a team. At the beginning of each week, the department heads meet to discuss our past week’s events and look ahead to the following week. These meetings allow us to celebrate a successful week’s worth of events and provide us the ability to learn and grow from our client’s feedback. In addition to this weekly meeting, as well as many informal meetings throughout the week, our full-time office staff meets once a quarter at an off-premise location to discuss our company wide goals. This is a great opportunity for all of our departments to get together, think creatively, and have an open discussion on innovative ways to enhance our client’s events.
