Product and service offerings include Audio / Visual production, entertainment, multimedia, photo novelties, and more.
ABOUT THE EVENT PRODUCTION FELLOWSHIP:
The RTH Event Production Fellowship provides technicians an opportunity for real-world experience during their final years in college/university and/or post-graduation. The 3 components of the Fellowship include:
Real World Experience – Each week our Fellows will spend time on-site in the field at events installing and operating equipment.
Mentorship – Each Fellow is paired with a mentor who will be with them for the duration of their project advising, making recommendations for their weekly tasks, and a resource as the Fellows execute live events.
Education – One day each week is dedicated for our Fellows to take higher level education classes, trainings, and work on their final projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
While the specifications of each Fellows’ journey and projects are unique, RTH does require a rotation within the core disciplines of audio, video, lighting, and scenic. While not weighed equally, each Fellow will be hands-on in all areas. The RTH program also provides each Fellow with experience handling each step of our event process: design phase, prep, and execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of higher education.
- Ability to secure temporary residence in Cleveland, OH for the length of Fellowship (RTH will assist with recommendations and pairings with other Fellows).
- Passion for theater and technical arts.
- Self-motivated and a desire for furthering knowledge and experience.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE & BENEFITS PACKAGE:
Each Fellow will receive a competitive weekly stipend. Bonuses upon completion. RTH funded activities (i.e. Fellows night out, dinner with the CEO, baseball game, etc.). RTH will provide all equipment and staff apparel needed to complete tasks.
